Arrive appoints Jason Marks as Country Director for Australia and New Zealand

Enacting a well formed succession plan, Arrive ANZ has taken a significant forward step to accelerate growth, expand digital parking payment technologies and bolster regional sales capabilities across ANZ.

Arrive, a leading global mobility platform, has announced the promotion of Jason Marks to Country Director of Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Effective August 10, Marks took over full Country Director responsibilities from Eli Grossinger Binshtok, who is stepping into the role of Senior Advisor at Arrive, to accelerate its mission to make cities across the region more livable.

As a member of Arrive’s Senior Leadership Team for nearly three years with over a decade of specialized mobility expertise, Marks built EasyPark ANZ’s B2B business from the ground up, and drove sustainable regional expansion through key commercial partnerships. In his new role leading teams across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines, he will oversee the regional rollout of Arrive’s expanded technology portfolio, including mobile parking apps such as EasyPark, electric vehicle (EV) charging payments, express pay and in-car payment integration.

Benoit Reliquet, Head of Parking, New Regions, at Arrive, said: "The appointment of Jason as Country Director marks an exciting new chapter for our ANZ business, built on the extraordinary legacy Eli leaves behind after establishing us as the strongest on street parking app provider in Australia. Jason's exceptional leadership and alignment with our core values, demonstrated through his success in building our B2B unit, position us perfectly for sustained growth. As we extend our deepest gratitude to Eli for his foundational achievements and ongoing advisory support, this is the ideal moment for Jason and the ANZ team to write their next chapter, bringing online new parking technologies that make cities across Australia and New Zealand more livable."

Jason Marks, Country Director of ANZ at Arrive, added: "I am excited to step into the Country Director role at such a pivotal moment for Arrive in Australia and New Zealand. We have an exceptional team and a strong foundation. My focus will be on aligning our business around growth, deepening our sales capabilities and delivering seamless, innovative parking payment technologies for our partners and drivers across the region."

Grossinger Binshtok leaves a strong operational legacy, having spearheaded local expansion alongside the executive team to secure partners across every Australian state, establish offices in Australia and the Philippines and reach over 6 million EasyPark app downloads nationwide. Marks will report to Benoit Reliquet, Head of Parking for New Regions and North America at Arrive.

About Arrive Global

Arrive is a global urban mobility company headquartered in Stockholm, launched in 2025 with the mission of making cities more livable. The company was formed by uniting well-known mobility brands—such as EasyPark Group, Flowbird, and Parkopedia—into a unified platform with over 70 years of combined experience (with roots tracing back to Cale’s first parking meters in Sweden in 1955).

What they do:
- Smart parking and payments — apps and services like EasyPark (Europe), ParkMobile (North America), RingGo (UK), Yellowbrick, and Parkimeter allow drivers to find, pay for, and reserve parking via mobile.
- Parking data — Parkopedia provides parking information and B2B mobility data to drivers and the automotive industry (partners include Volvo and BMW).
- Urban infrastructure — Flowbird supplies payment terminals, ticketing systems, and mobility solutions in over 6,000 cities across 80 countries.
- Data-driven urban planning — helping cities reduce traffic and reinvest in public transport and green spaces.

Scale: a presence in thousands of cities across many countries, approximately 2,700 parking operators, and a platform connecting millions of people with better mobility.
