Arrive completes acquisition of Passport, delivering the City OS needed for autonomous mobility

The combined platform unifies payment systems, parking compliance and real-time curb management into a single digital ecosystem positioning Arrive to deliver the infrastructure needed for the autonomous mobility deployment.

The global mobility platform, Arrive, today announced the successful completion of the financial acquisition of Passport, the compliance and curbside payment platform used by cities and parking operators across North America. Supported by leading growth and private equity investors, Vitruvian Partners, Verdane and Searchlight Capital Partners L.P., the acquisition accelerates Arrive’s mission to ease movement in cities by digitizing the urban mobility ecosystem.

As autonomous vehicle deployment accelerates, cities require real-time, automated control over urban curbsides. By combining Passport’s parking compliance and payment facilitation capabilities trusted by more than 800 North American cities and parking operators, with Arrive’s global network, the combined company can offer a unified, end-to-end platform that simplifies curbside management, data-driven insights, and the infrastructure necessary for the future of autonomous mobility.

Cameron Clayton, CEO of Arrive, said of the closing, "The future of urban transportation depends on digitized, connected infrastructure. By integrating Passport’s payment and compliance network into Arrive’s global platform, we can build the City OS needed to manage curb space and scale autonomous vehicle deployment. Our network will make the next era of urban mobility work for everyone.”

Khristian Gutierrez, co-founder and CEO of Passport, said, “We are incredibly proud of how our team has built Passport into a leading compliance platform trusted by clients across North America, and we're excited for its next adventure. Unifying our solution as a powerful engine for Arrive’s global platform marks an exciting next chapter for our team and clients as we set a new standard for urban mobility.”

Arrive and Passport products and services will continue to operate as normal. The teams remain fully dedicated to business continuity and uninterrupted service to customers and partners. As the integration moves forward, Arrive is thrilled to welcome its new colleagues whose added expertise will drive the business forward, and updates on our organizational structure will follow in the coming months.

About Arrive Global

Arrive is a global urban mobility company headquartered in Stockholm, launched in 2025 with the mission of making cities more livable. The company was formed by uniting well-known mobility brands—such as EasyPark Group, Flowbird, and Parkopedia—into a unified platform with over 70 years of combined experience (with roots tracing back to Cale’s first parking meters in Sweden in 1955).

What they do:
- Smart parking and payments — apps and services like EasyPark (Europe), ParkMobile (North America), RingGo (UK), Yellowbrick, and Parkimeter allow drivers to find, pay for, and reserve parking via mobile.
- Parking data — Parkopedia provides parking information and B2B mobility data to drivers and the automotive industry (partners include Volvo and BMW).
- Urban infrastructure — Flowbird supplies payment terminals, ticketing systems, and mobility solutions in over 6,000 cities across 80 countries.
- Data-driven urban planning — helping cities reduce traffic and reinvest in public transport and green spaces.

Scale: a presence in thousands of cities across many countries, approximately 2,700 parking operators, and a platform connecting millions of people with better mobility.
